Kite is made by Vertec. This page covers the kitevoice.com website and the Kite apps. It is written for the companies that use Kite and for the people they call and text.

What Kite stores

Who can see it

Your company's data belongs to your company. Every record carries the company it belongs to and the database enforces that boundary on every read. Vertec staff see your data only to support you, at your request, and that access is logged.

Services Kite uses

Calls and texts go through a telephone carrier. Transcripts, summaries and research use AI providers. Your company can bring its own accounts for these or let Kite run them. In either case the providers receive only what the feature needs.

Recording and transcripts

Recording is a setting your company controls, per company and per call. Where the law requires it, your company is responsible for telling the people on the call. Recordings and transcripts stay with the call and are removed when the call is removed.

Do not call

Kite honors blocked numbers, opt-outs and quiet hours at dial time and at send time. To stop texts from a company using Kite, reply STOP to any message. To be removed from a company's call list, contact that company.

This website

kitevoice.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. When you request a demo, the form sends your name, work email, company, team size and anything you write in the note to Vertec, together with the time of the request, so that we can reply and prepare the demo. We keep that request until the conversation has run its course, and we use it for nothing else. We do not sell personal data.
