Terms

Updated October 2026

These terms cover the use of Kite, a product of Vertec, by the companies that subscribe to it and the people they add to it. A signed order or agreement between your company and Vertec takes precedence over this page.

The service

Kite is a business phone, service and sales application. Vertec provides the software, the hosting and, where your company chooses, the carrier and AI accounts behind it. Your company is responsible for the people it adds, the numbers it uses and the calls and messages it sends.

Lawful calling

Your company agrees to call and text in line with the laws that apply to it, including do-not-call rules, consent for recording, and rules on automated and parallel dialing. Kite provides controls for these; using them correctly is your company's responsibility.

Accounts and seats

Each person uses their own sign-in. Seats are per person per month on the plan your company chooses. Your company may change seats and plans; changes take effect as described on the pricing page or in your order.

Your data

Your company owns its data. Vertec uses it only to provide the service and support your company, as the privacy page describes. Your company can export its data and ask for it to be removed when the subscription ends.

Changes and ending the service

Vertec may update Kite and these terms and will tell your company's administrators about changes that affect them. Either side may end the subscription as set out in the order.

Demo requests

A demo request through kitevoice.com is a request for a conversation, not an order. Vertec keeps what you submit to reply and prepare the demo, as the privacy page describes, and sends no automated mail in return.
